Our servers are housed in a state-of-the-art data hosting facility and managed by fully qualified I.T. staff. The data hosting facility is powered by multiple power grids and redundant power switching gear with floor-wide UPS systems that have a 4-hour minimum charge. We also have redundant, on-site generator systems and an emergency building power umbilical cord with generator truck agreements in place.

Physical security is monitored 24/7 by multiple on-site security personnel, optical turnstyles, redundant camera systems, card readers, perimeter water and fire detection systems, security lock-down elevators and stairwells.

Network connectivity relies on 25 diverse fiber-optic cable entrances into the building for maximum redundancy and access to over 150 local carriers and telecommunications companies for maximum uptime.

All website reports are stored in non-web accessible directories that can only be retrieved by authenticated customers.

Site is secured using 128-bit secure socket layer (SSL) to encrypt sensitive data between host and client.
